Innovate Labs
Innovate Labs is an educational research lab providing students of all disciplines with opportunities and resources to learn, explore, and develop industry-valued skills outside the classroom around emerging technology and analytics.
Our goal is to create experiential learning opportunities for students of all backgrounds to develop new combinations of skills that will foster and grow the next generation of learners, leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators.
UConn Formula SAE
UConn Formula SAE is a group of engineers, business people, and general curious minds who come together to design, build, and compete formula style race cars.
UConn Innovation Zone
At nearly 1,500 square feet, the UConn Innovation Zone provides the necessary materials, equipment and guidance to create an environment where UConn students can bring their ideas from conception to reality. Various workshops are also provided to introduce new and innovative topics that individuals may not otherwise get to experience.
Library Maker Studio
Offering a variety of equipment for turning ideas into tangible objects, the Library Maker Studio, located on Level B at Homer Babbidge Library, encourages creative, self-initiated learning in support of class projects, research, and extracurricular initiatives.

Hillside Ventures
Hillside Ventures is UConn's student-run venture capital fund. We invest in pre-seed to series A companies operating in one of our 4 chosen verticals and aligning with our investment thesis.
Honors Program
Engagement in the Honors Program offers undergraduates an enriched Honors experience through exploration, creativity, and leadership in academics and beyond the classroom.

Connecticut Small Business Development Center
We provide no-cost expert business advising services to entrepreneurs in CT. We also provide training to educate entrepreneurs and give them the necessary tools/knowledge to be successful.
Innovate Wellness Challenge
The Innovate Wellness Challenge is a case competition that encourages students from diverse backgrounds, majors, and interests to come together to solve some of the most pertinent health and wellness issues on campus through the Design Thinking Process.
Technology Incubation Program
We provide both lab and office space for technology based start-up companies. We also help them through commercialization with mentors and educational and networking events.
CCEI
We support students, faculty, and alumni as they are innovating and creating solutions to some of the world's greatest problems. We connect students with opportunities to learn and engage in entrepreneurship, and know that these transformative experiences will be a catalyst to building the future they dreamed of. For alumni, we are here to continue to support their passions and goals no matter where their journey has taken them.
Werth Innovators
The Werth Innovators program is dedicated to developing new leaders within UConn’s entrepreneurial ecosystem! The program creates accessibility to entrepreneurial programs and mentorship for students. Personalized resources and support is provided to accelerate student development and turn passions and interests into action!

Netwerx
The Werth Institute's NetWerx Program cultivates essential networking and other entrepreneurial skills through a student-driven mentorship model.
Students develop the skills they need to succeed in today's work environments, through networking, communication, accountability, and opportunity recognition, regardless of career path. NetWerx helps students recognize who they are, what they know, and who they need to know to develop their entrepreneurial skills and realize their potential. Skills include networking, self-confidence, communication, accountability, and opportunity recognition.
Office of Undergraduate Research
The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) is a resource for all undergraduates in all majors on all UConn campuses seeking to enrich their undergraduate experiences through participation in research, scholarship, and creative activity.
OUR helps students find and develop opportunities to engage in independent or collaborative research with faculty members and other mentors working across the University's academic disciplines. Online resources are available in the Students section to help students get started, make connections, prepare strong applications, and maximize their experience. We also encourage interested students to meet with an OUR advisor for help crafting an individualized strategy for getting involved or for any other advising needs related to participation in research, scholarship, and creative activity.
Native American Cultural Programs
NACP welcomes all Native and Indigenous students, faculty, staff, community members and allies. NACP is here to serve our community, to help foster relationships with local tribal nations, and work towards building good relations between UConn and the land.
NACP members currently consist of Native and Indigenous scholars, artists, students, graduate students, faculty, youth community members. It is our hope that you will join our growing community and share your cultures, traditions, and histories with us.
