My name is Eshwar Balakumar, and I'm a Junior in the Honors Program at UConn, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Corporate Finance and a minor in Analytics. Being part of the Werth Institute Event Management Team has given me the chance to take on real responsibility in a professional setting and contribute to a team that helps shape the student experience at UConn.
Through this role, I've developed skills I know I'll rely on after graduation, including time management, team coordination, communication, and creative problem-solving.

My name is Daris Pon Mohan Kumar and I study Computer Science and Engineering here at UConn with a concentration in Cybersecurity/Crime and Justice. I really enjoy being involved in the logistical planning and behind-the-scenes work that goes into making events like the Experience Innovation Expo successful.
