Experience Innovation Expo

Monday, October 14 from 12 - 3 pm @ the Student Union Ballroom

Part of UConn's Month of Discovery held annually in October, the Experience Innovation Expo (The Expo) is an opportunity for UConn students to discover the wide range of programs, resources, and activities facilitating entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity at the university. It is an experiential venue where students will have hands on opportunities to explore what's available to them. Students who have been involved with Werth Institute member offerings will showcase their results and provide their perspective and ideas to fellow students.

Want to make the most of your interactions with the amazing students, faculty, and staff that make up the Month of Discovery, but don't know where to start the conversation? Here are some "cheats" you can use to get the conversation started!

What got you interested in this (Field/Club/Organization)?
What advice would you give to an uncertain undergrad?
What steps do you suggest for students who are looking into opportunities with them?
What excites you the most about your area?
What courses, knowledge, or experiences should I have had in order to participate with you?
What does a typical day or meeting look like?
Can you tell me about the impact this work has had on your life?
How did your program help previous students accomplish their academic or life goals?
What level of commitment are you looking for from students who participate in your program?
How has your work or mission changed over time to keep up with advancements in your field or area?
