The Center for
Neurodiversity & Employment Innovation
The path to employment for neurodivergent individuals can often be difficult. The Center for Neurodiversity & Employment Innovation or CNDEI is doing the heavy lifting to make sure that there are exponentially more employers who understand and value neurodivergent talent. We are also making sure that colleges are providing customized career services to help with job preparation and connection for these students.
Together, we are changing the world of employment for bright neurodivergent minds.
Neuro-inclusive Candidate Network
The Neuro-inclusive Candidate Network (NCN) brings together neurodivergent college students across university campuses and delivers content and opportunities to them that targets career empowerment and preparation.
University Council
CNDEI leads a coalition of more than 90 universities and employers across the country to deliver optimized career services for neurodivergent students and alumni who happen to interview, learn and work differently.
Employer Education
CNDEI provides practical applications for companies to launch and sustain their neurodivergent employment efforts and a pipeline of neurodivergent talent to fill open roles, transforming the way companies think about hiring, including, and leveraging neurodivergent talent.
